CBS.Nick Saban sure knows how to make people mad online, particularly Auburn fans.If you follow college football, you know that Alabama – Tennessee is one of the biggest rivalries in the game. You also know that the Iron Bowl, when the Crimson Tide and Auburn battle every year, is also a massive rivalry game, perhaps a bigger one in the minds of many. Said that’s no disrespect to the Iron Bowl.— Aaron Suttles (@AaronSuttles) September 30, 2016This is obviously a bit surprising, considering the fact that the Iron Bowl of course features in-state rivals. The Crimson Tide and the Tigers have met 80 times with Alabama controlling the all-time record 44-35-1.Tennessee and Bama however have met 98 times total dating back to the 1901 season. The Crimson Tide also hold the most wins in that series with a 52-38-7 mark against the Vols.Alabama and Tennessee square off on the third Saturday in October on October 15.
